          舉行青藍(lán)工程匯報(bào)課活動(dòng)

           

          為進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)青年教師成長(zhǎng),檢驗(yàn)“青藍(lán)工程”師徒結(jié)對(duì)成果, 2019326日至42日,東華高級(jí)中學(xué)劍橋國(guó)際中心舉行青藍(lán)工程匯報(bào)課活動(dòng),各科組老師親臨現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀摩評(píng)課。

          在匯報(bào)課上,青年教師各顯其能,層層深入地引導(dǎo)學(xué)生通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)、小組合作、繪制思維導(dǎo)圖等方式領(lǐng)悟知識(shí),使學(xué)生的批判思維、自學(xué)能力與合作能力都得到極大鍛煉。一節(jié)節(jié)精彩的匯報(bào)課,展現(xiàn)了青年教師清晰的教學(xué)思路和漸趨成熟的教學(xué)基本功,更體現(xiàn)了他們惟勤惟精的教學(xué)態(tài)度和科組同仁的竭誠(chéng)幫助,

          評(píng)課過(guò)程中,各科組從多方面給青年教師提出了實(shí)質(zhì)性的建議;青年教師虛心受教,獲益良多。

          劍橋國(guó)際中心青藍(lán)工程促進(jìn)青年教師教學(xué)綜合能力和實(shí)踐水平的完善,為青年教師提供一個(gè)快速成長(zhǎng)的平臺(tái),更好地促進(jìn)國(guó)際部教學(xué)質(zhì)量的整體提升。

          CIC Witnessed New Teachers’

          Successful Open Classes

          In order to examine the progress and facilitate the growth of new teachers, Cambridge International Center(CIC) of Tung Wah High school launched a series of open classes in all subjects in which new teachers demonstrated their improvement in teaching.

          In the open classes, the new teachers led students to acquire knowledge step by step through experiments, group discussions and drawing mind-maps, which brought great enhancement to students’ critical thinking, self-learning capacity and coordination in teams. The open classes shows the new teachers’ clear teaching plot, the gradually mature teaching skills, and more importantly, their rigorous attitude in teaching and the helpful suggestions from the experienced teachers.After the open classes, the experienced teachers also gave various feasible advises for new teachers.

          The program launched by CIC to bind experienced teachers with new teachers is an important platform for the latter to become more able in teaching, and is an important driving force to enhance the overall teaching quality in CIC.
